Haddenham (Population 3030)
Haddenham is a pleasant village 8 miles southwest of Ely. The village contains a reasonable level of services including a post office, several shops, a permanent library, two public houses, a village hall, social club, church hall, bowls club, three churches and a windmill (restored historic building). There is also a large variety of clubs in the village ranging from scouts and guides to singing and art.
Other facilities include children’s play area, skatepark, recreation field and an all-weather sports surface, a full-time doctor, a pharmacy, a day care centre for the elderly, sheltered accommodation, two day nurseries and a pre-school plus open spaces for walking and dog exercising and a regular bus service.

Haddenham Long Barrow
The hamlet of Aldreth lies within the parish of Haddenham and has a population of 200. It has a vibrant community centre, a pre-school, a children’s play area and recreation field.
