Kirtling (Population 360)
Kirtling is a scattered settlement which includes Kirtling Green and Upend, approximately 6 miles southeast of Newmarket. The village has a reasonable range of facilities for its size. These include a garage, one public house, one mobile shop, two churches, a splendid village hall, a cricket and bowls club and a bus service which runs four days a week.
