Please note, you must be comprehensive in your list of products/services. This allows the team to make an informed decision and to create a balance event including pitch allocation. Products/Services not listed will not be allowed to be sold/promoted on the day. Please note, for this event, we are looking for apple harvest themes, either craft or produce.

If you are a FOOD VENDOR please provide the name of the Local Authority under which you are registered and inspected.

Pitches will be charged depending on size. Visit Ely consider 3×3 to be the standard size of a pitch. Please note – cost and footprint are based on the total size of your pitch occupation and NOT on sale frontage.

Decisions will be made by the Visit Ely team and successful and unsuccessful applicants will be informed by 3rd February 2025. Decisions are final and are made by the Visit Ely Team.
