Ely’s Eel Festival Weekend 2025
Visit Ely is thrilled to announce Ely’s Eel Festival Weekend 2025- taking place across the 3rd, 4th and 5th May 2025.
With a wide range of food vendors, traders and an entertainment programme from some wonderful local organisations, this promises to be another wonderful Eel Day – don’t forget we’ve also got a VE Day 80 theme so wear those Red, White and Blues with pride!
The Eel Parade will also begin at 10.30am from Cross Green, before making it’s way down to the Riverside before Eel Day commences at 11am. Come along and join in the fun, from Eel Throwing (not real !) to sampling some Eel!
On 4th and 5th May, the celebrations head up to Palace and Cross Green where you’ll find over 70 stalls offering a range of artisan food and crafts,a long with the vibrant street food scene that has made this weekend one of the most attended events in the county!
