A quiet, two-hour practice of presence. Participants will learn the art of Fai Ceon (揮春), creating traditional calligraphy blessings on red paper to anchor their 2026 intentions. The session includes a mindful tea ceremony serving warming Yunnan Black tea with Ginger and Red Dates, alongside gentle somatic guidance to help quiet the “inner chatter” and develop a grounded quality of attention.
