Veganuary supperclub
Local vegan chef, Mandy Mazliah of Sneaky Veg Kitchen, is putting on a Veganuary supperclub on Saturday 25 January designed to showcase how diverse – and delicious – vegan food can be.
Veganuary supperclub menu
Starter: loaded hummus with pitta bread
Main: potato and mushroom burek (a filled pastry from Turkey/Eastern Europe), ful medames (Middle-Eastern fava bean stew), batata harra (spicy garlic potatoes), roasted cauliflower and freekeh salad and sumac slaw.
Dessert: mini passion fruit pavlova
