Ely Country Park
A fantastic place to enjoy and explore the great outdoors. To help you get the most out of your visit, special waymarkers have been placed around the Country Park marking out two trails which will help you to discover some spectacular views and wildlife of international importance.
The walks called Kingfisher (long trail) and Bulrush (short trail) highlight the best of the natural fen landscape including the Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) where you can test your bird spotting skills.
The Country Park also has a play and picnic area located by the entrance at Fisherman’s Car Park, where you can fly along a zip wire, grapple your way up a climbing frame and enjoy the company of friends and family. Entrance to the site is free of charge.
The majority of the Country Park is fully accessible to the public, but there is some privately owned land which is only accessible to visitors via the network of Public Rights of Way.
