Hawthorn Cottage is a self-catered holiday cottage in the Cambridgeshire countryside. We welcome up to four people and three dogs.
It is a truly wonderful retreat, situated down a quiet road offering peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the beautiful Fenlands, just six miles from the historic city of Ely and twenty miles from Cambridge. There are two upstairs bedrooms; a king size master bedroom at the front of the property and a twin bedroom at the rear with breathtaking views out over an expansive fen landscape. Downstairs are the lounge (complete with wood burner), kitchen, bathroom and a lovely conservatory which is perfect for enjoying the stunning sunsets at the end of the day. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with a 3ft high fence and a concrete patio with garden furniture.
A small outbuilding contains BBQ, washing machine and freezer. There is also a large, secure shed perfect for storing bikes or fishing equipment.
