Oliver Cromwell’s House
Oliver Cromwell was one of the most divisive individuals in British History and spent a decade of his life living in Ely. Visit the former Lord Protector's family home and experience what domestic life would have been like in the 17th Century.
In a variety of re-created period rooms learn about the English Civil War, Mrs Cromwell's kitchen,and the Family Room where you'll learn about education, fashion and see some family portraits. If you are brave enough, wander through the haunted bedroom, but be brave!
Oliver Cromwell's House is an Award Winning , VisitEngland accredited visitor attraction offering a Self guided audio tour included with admission. Guided tours and group visits welcome.
