Sushi and Salad serve delicious Japanese food in a relaxed environment right in the centre of Ely.
Our food is inspired by and from my background. Being brought up in San Paulo, home to nearly two million Japanese people for more than a century, Japanese food is in my blood. I was brought up eating, making and serving this delicious food most of my life, I love it.
Our restaurant is kitch, cute, cosy, comfortable and most of all absolutely inclusive. Inspired by the Japanese sushi bars of the late fifties and early sixties mixing traditional Japanese pieces and furniture with Sputnik lighting, we believe it to be the perfect setting to enjoy our food.
Our Menu is wide and varied, catering for all and includes delicious Sushi along with beautiful hot dishes featuring grilled meats and fish. We have an extensive Vegan selections along with many vegetarian options.
Our locally sourced produce is delivered daily, our freshest of fresh fish and meats are direct from market to your table and everything is freshly made and cooked to order.
Our team of Chefs have more than thirty years experience between them and it shows in every dish we present.
