Castles: Towers, Trebuchets and Toilets

A Special Exhibition at Ely Museum Have you ever thought about being a knight? Our summer exhibition is all about castles, the people who lived in them and how they were attacked and defended. Come explore our battlement and find out the best ways to keep your castle safe from your enemies. Learn about what people in castles ate and what they wore… and where they went to the toilet.

During the school summer holidays we will also have a programme of events and activities related to castles – keep an eye on our website for more!

This exhibition is included with an admission ticket or a valid annual pass.
