"My LOVE of food started when I was quite young, and I've always loved cooking for others and enjoying the great pleasure that food gives. Working in finance part time whilst bringing up my family and supporting my husband as he built a thriving business, the last few years have been my time. Since 2021 I have been studying with the Academy of Cheese, and I became a full member in March 2023. I am now studying for my fellowship, which is crazy in depth learning, but, I'm meeting some great people and fellow cheese buffs along the way. I enjoy the process of talking about cheese and it origins and opening up the wider cheese world to my customers. I believe in providing my customers with the finest quality cheese sourced from the best local and international producers, but I hope I can make it enjoyable too. Our team is dedicated to providing a personalised experience to each and every customer."
