Getting to the Festival

Reaching all elements of the Eel Festival weekend is simple. From getting there on foot, via public transport of driving, we have all the information you’ll need!

Ely’s Eel Day 2026

Location – Eel Day has always taken place in Jubilee Gardens, down on Ely’s magnificent riverside. With nearby car parks, a leisurely and accessible walk from Ely Railway station and on several public transport routes, you should be able to find us easily! Just look for all the bright colours and listen to all the happy people! You can find a map location here.

Ely’s Food, Drink and Craft Fair has grown over the years and now covers both Palace Green and Cross Green, both within the shadow of Ely Cathedral.

Both sites are easily accessible on foot and are witjhin easy distance of several key car parks including Barton Road, Forehill and St Mary’s.
